The past couple months I have really been getting into the habit of trying new products or a different way of doing my regime a little and I've discovered a few new products that I wanted to share with you guys. I'll be honest these are not all brand new on the shelves but they are new to me and I think it's sometimes good to try things that have been out for a little bit. I find if you keep using the same things over and over again your skin gets immune to it and it don't seem to work as good as it used to so to switch it up every now and again is good.
PS clear and cool refining toner £2
For £2 I had to give this a try! With it's tea tree and witch hazel it's designed to purify skin and refines pour. I use it every night before I bed and I don't find my pours are as big and it just makes my skin feel more cleaner but not too clean where I feel stripped of my natural oils.

My go to summer nail colours
Summer is fully upon us and it has given me a reason to get the pretty summery colours out and start painting my nails. I tend to change my colours depending what the season is so in autumn/winter I sway more towards deeper and darker shades and mattes, where as in spring/summer I go more towards light and bright colours and glitter!!.
Luckily my nails are in good condition at the moment and are growing nicely and it's nice to see them painted. I'm not one to go to a nail shop and get either gels or acrylics even though I have been tempted on many occasions, I'm just worried the long term damage they will actually do. In an other post I will show what I use on my nails to keep them maintained.

Beauty favourites over the last couple months
For a while now I haven't written a “Beauty purchases of” post which is not like me and I am sorry for this! I think part of it is I have been impressed with the Glossy Boxes that have been sent recently I haven't really purchased anything new. If you are wondering what Glossybox is, it's basically a box full of beauty products and not all of them are miniatures! A couple/few full size items and trying new brand and products is always exciting. They recently done a Nars special edition which was just amazing! I will try shortly to go through contents and write a post or a quick video. Since late August here are a few items I purchased and have been using quite a lot and will continue to use throughout this season.
Sorry this will not stay in the centre!

Greige Skies Are Upon Us
Well the weather has certainly changed compared to yesterday! It was only yesterday that I was wearing sandals and I woke up today and the sky was just grey. I do like autumn but this has come suddenly in a way even tho it is now October, I think I'm just upset no more sandals lol. Now the colder weather is coming about I just keep thinking more Costa trips on my days off and catch up with my friends and movie days I'm just looking forward to it all (sad I know but oh well lol). After today I think it's now time to change from the bright nail colours to more darker and berry colours to start it all off I've decided to go with Sally Hansen's Greige.
