Beauty favs of July/August

The past couple months I have really been getting into the habit of trying new products or a different way of doing my regime a little and I've discovered a few new products that I wanted to share with you guys. I'll be honest these are not all brand new on the shelves but they are new to me and I think it's sometimes good to try things that have been out for a little bit. I find if you keep using the same things over and over again your skin gets immune to it and it don't seem to work as good as it used to so to switch it up every now and again is good.

PS clear and cool refining toner £2
For £2 I had to give this a try! With it's tea tree and witch hazel it's designed to purify skin and refines pour. I use it every night before I bed and I don't find my pours are as big and it just makes my skin feel more cleaner but not too clean where I feel stripped of my natural oils.

Empties of 2018 Part 6

It feels like I haven't done one of these for a little while but it was only last month maybe earlier in the month? Anyway here is some of the products I've finished lately, I am excited to do my next one as there is some products I just love that are included.

Hawaiian Tropic Island Berry lipgloss
This has summer written all over it, it's so amazing and smells lovely. It is very moisturising as I find I use this more in the summer as it's got a little gloss and keeps my lips soft. Sometimes I even apply a little of it over a lipstick just for a bit of shine to it.

Would I buy again?
Yes, I bought a two pack from Amazon!

Empties of 2018 Part 4

It's been a month or so since my last empties post, I have quite a lot of products which I have finished lately, my "little" stash of empty products is getting bigger slowly! I will say I really enjoyed using a majority of these and will definitely look at using in the future but some didn't quite make the cut.

Naobay Moisturising Peeling
When I first see this I was a little unsure because it said peeling I thought my face was going to be bright red after I used it but I would call this a light face scrub. The little bits in it are not harsh at all so it feels like a gentle exfoliation I suppose my face felt so good after and got rid of the dead skin. Only thing is it's quite runny and every time I opened it I never expected it to come out like it did!
Would I buy again?
Yes, I struggled to find this in any where and the only place which I can find that stocks it is Amazon and I'm waiting for the day it says out of stock and can never purchase it again!

Lip care

Today I wanted to share what lip products I use on a daily basis and some I love and some I've tried and tested but are not my favourites. Using lip products throughout the day I think is very important, they stop your lips from being dry, cracked and sore which there is nothing worse then when they feel like this and they don't look great either.

In the morning as I wake up and before I go bed I always apply Vaseline, I think the one by my bed at the moment is the aloe vera one and throughout the day I sometimes have a choice, always another Vaseline but then maybe a carmex one. I honestly cannot leave my house without some lip product or something, I feel lost without it.

If I know I'm going out and will be wearing a lipstick that can be drying I try to use Lush's lip scrub in bubble-gum (smells and tastes delicious lol), it has jojoba oil which is super moisturising, before I apply it. After I've taken off the lipstick I tend to use something which is a bit thicker to put the moisture back in.
